I’m Eric Reikenis, and I’m proud to call Port St. Lucie home.
This city is growing fast — and that’s exciting. But growth without a plan doesn’t build a better community; it just builds more traffic, frustration, and missed opportunities.
I’m running for City Council because I believe in Intelligent Growth — growth that makes daily life better for the people who already live here. That means building roads that work, keeping our neighborhoods clean and safe, and investing in parks and public spaces where families can connect and kids can thrive.
I’m not running to start over.
I’m running to keep building a Port St. Lucie we’re all proud of.

Why I’m Running
Port St. Lucie is at a major crossroads. We’ve made tremendous progress correcting the mistakes of the past — but the job isn’t done yet.
Our traffic problems won’t solve themselves. Our neighborhoods can’t stay beautiful without attention. And our kids shouldn’t have to play on worn-out fields because our city outgrew its green spaces years ago.
I’m running because I believe our city deserves thoughtful leadership — the kind that listens, plans ahead, and makes decisions with both today and tomorrow in mind.
